Got the right condenser coil - finally. Hooorah.
Though despite promises and assurance it came with bugger all. No surprise really nowadays. Just another 80 quid SIR.

Anyway, part numbers needed are for the receiver drier, bolt underneath type.
C180 komp w203046 se auto. Best to look at 05 year as parts for 04 can be either.
I have looked on Russian site and several hrs on web.

I also pressure switch - same as.

The 203 condensor comes with a R/D.

OK here's the MB part no. for any other poor sod trying to sort out a drier for a later c class. Little silver tube horizontal underneath the condenser.

Just like to add for anyone thinking of messing with their air-con, after a long battle I got my correct receiver today. Just 35 quid too. But be warned anyone replacing an air con rad (condenser) for a C-class w203 there are TWO types, with a change in late 04. Despite many attempts to get the correct one I had a hard time not only getting details for the right one but also getting one with a dryer. And a supplier that could get the correct dryer at that.

Old style one has a larger tube on the left side (receiver dryer) combined easily obtained.

Newer one has a separate dryer slung underneath, both ends of coil look same size. BOTH condensers fit the clips on the rad. They do honest.

For air-con parts, and believe me I have dealt with many who claim to be suppliers and promise the earth - but eventually deliver rubbish. I can thoroughly recommend a little company that employs a very nice patient chap who does still give a damn, does deliver the correct parts (after taking the trouble to check properly, and honors a promise to deliver next day). No not MB but a little firm called Guildford Radiators
