Passanger back tyre

I have a question,when i reverse the car and press break there is a sound like to metals rubbed together...
Any clue,please

Have you checked the brake pads?
No noise when driving normally and brakes applied?

No noise at all when driving normally only when reverse the car havent checked brake pads
