Passenger Side Window

Hi Everyone!

I know this topic has been seen a lot, but I cannot see something similar to my issue. The Passenger window button is only working to bring the window up (both manually and one touch) but won't put it down. I can control the window (both up and down) from the drivers side but is a bit of an inconvenience (would rather the wife just adjusts it herself as and when), does anyone know what might be the cause here?

Faulty switch or issue with the connection. The passenger door card will need to come off so you can check it.

I seem to have a more or less related problem. The switch on driver's door for the rear driver side window works to bring it down but not back up, using the one on the rear door itself works both ways.
Any idea if it's the switch as well or something else?

sounds like the switch (which is what i think mine maybe) but as killerhertz says above, will need to take the door card off to actually have a look.
