Im thinking about joining the convoy for the drive there but it doesn't state what time the convoy will be leaving psc? It just says leaving pcs workshop late morning.

What time do we have to be at either place please.

Depends where you're based/ where you're travelling from and what you want to do/ if you're having any work done on your car at PCS.

There are a handful of us meeting a Cobham services on the M25 (westbound, just before the A3 turnoff).
We're meeting at around 8.30am and then heading down to PCS from there.
Should take around 45mins to get to PCS so we'll be there by around 9.30-10.00 depending on what time we leave Cobham services.

If you're having work done at PCS, Ollie has advised getting there early to ensure you can be catered for.

When we leave PCS and head for the George Inn (which is only 10mins down the road), there is the traditional drive that some go on which is a little tour of the area before arriving at the George.

However, there are also some that prefer to go to PCS, mill about catching up with each other and then heading straight to the George Inn at around 12-1ish (if I recall).

Im not having any work done but would be nice to see all the other cars there.

Getting to the workshop before heading to the George Inn is usually a nice thing to do. Gives you more time to have a nosey around the cars (which are littered everywhere) and catch up/ meet people.
This has always been part of the day.
It'll also mean you'll be able to join those that go out on the drive before heading to the George.
Someone usually gives everyone a shout-out to let us know that people are heading out for the pre-George drive. so you don't miss it.

I should be meeting at least a couple of people at the Cobham services in the morning, so you're welcome to join.

Just one thing though, if it ends up raining on Saturday, I won't be attending (please don't make me explain myself. lol)

But I'm sure the others will still be meeting at the Cobham services with or without me.

Yo,

Well, the current plan is to meet at Cobham services at 8.30am.
We'll maybe grab a bite to eat and chit chat for a short while and then make our way down the A3 to ollie's.

This isn't a big, organised convoy or anything.. It's merely a meeting point for some of us that are coming from the Kent/ Dartford area.

Weather looking dry for Saturday.
Cooler, but shouldn't be too cold.
Around 15 degrees apparently.

Everything still on course for meeting up at Cobham services at 8.30am.

We'll probably leave Cobham services by 9.00am and head down the A3 to PCS.

Are you coming from north or south? I'm going to take a punt that you are coming from the north, so come off for "Horndean, Clanfield, A3, Non-motorway traffic." Then turn right at the end of the slip road, first left and you'll be there.

We will be doing the drive-out again this year along the same route as most people didn't make it... So... please can everyone wishing to go on the drive-out make sure they have plenty of fuel when they arrive! And anyone not wishing to go on the drive out please do not leave PCS when the drive-out convoy leaves! Hopefully we will all stay together and everyone will end up at the pub all together!
