Performance Motorcare Products Ltd - good service

Hi

On Sunday eve I ordered some goods from the internet site www.performancemotorcare.com Nothing outrageous in terms of items just some polish, detailer and a lambs wool mitt all from Meguiars.

Prices were fair compared to others and it had free delivery. (2nd Class)

Well I was amazed that today it arrived recorded delivery and ontop of that they had put in a free microcloth -

I am one of the first to complain when things go wrong so thought it only right that I ought to praise a firm when they go that extra yard.

I will be buying more from them.

They scored 5 bananas on the crockers scale ....lol

Thanks for the tip, I followed your recommendation. Ordered Thursday evening, delivered today 2nd class. I also got the free microcloth - a giant yellow one!

I preferred some of Performance Motorcare's products to Elite Car Care and also liked the fact their pricing is 'delivered'. Although Elite's product prices may seem cheaper, their P&P is additional for orders up to £60. It is also weight-based so you don't find out how much the P&P is until checkout. I didn't try their eBay shop though.

Nice little note of thanks on the invoice too.
