Will look for advise from Council tomorrow however maybe someone here can shed light.

What is allowed in terms of rear and side extension to a semi detached bungalow under PD? Is it 3 metres or 4 metres with respect to the extra depth/ width allowed to the elevations?

I'm thinking it's 3 meters to the rear of a semi detached, best check with council.

They do but that links to the Welsh assembly website and that is in the process of being migrated to a new domain....So it's not complete hence the rather generic question.

I think with PD it's total area , if you go to any council's planning website every thing is there , how far from particular boundaries , height etc etc.

Look for "interactive house" which gives examples of what PD is allowed

edit - they have changed the web site & I can't find the "interactive house" there anymore. But there is full technical guidance there
