PFL w212 front headlight lenses

My w212 is a late 2009 car. I've noticed in the upper top corners on both front headlight lenses, they have started to discolour/ oxide from there original fresh look.

I have on 2 occasions had great success with sanding and polishing then lense on my previous 211 cars.

I was curious have any w212 PFL owners ever had to do such a task. And if so, what were your results.

It's not on the part of lense that gives off the light output. But it's quite annoying all the same. The headlamps are an awkward shape from memory.

Any recommendations much appreciated.

Will have a bash at the w212 PFL headlamps using same methods as the w211's I've done previously.

212 Pre facelift. I've just done the top part of the lens that's over the indicator....which was the only bit oxidizing......280 wet and dry, 1000 wet and dry, 3000 wet and dry, G3 Farecla (any T Cut type stuff will do). Followed by a quick puff of UV proof clear coat....complete waste of time doing it without spraying on some sort of protector.....or it will get just as bad but even faster whren you have sanded off all the remaining factory UV protection. The polish type UV protector is useless and only lasts until you wash it.
