Phone Aerial w210

Hi all, our e240 has command dx and a built in phone, the aerial on the roof has lost the aerial stub leaving just the mounting on the roof as a result the phone reception is much reduced in quality, can these be replaced and does it require removing the headlining to do this?

Any guidance much appreciated.
