Sorry it is not sparkling as I have now done about 350 miles that seemed to be in the rain !! This is the first time I have had daylight to photograph it.

5. Although the middle rear seat is more of a perch, for a narrow person.

But yes, it's got 5 seatbelts. The middle centre has an armrest that folds down with cupholders in.

Good question.

Mercedes say 3 and supply 3 Headrests, 3 Seatbelts so it is possible to seat 3. I haven't tried to get 3 in across.
Personally I ( at 6' 1" and 17.5 stone) would not want to sit in the middle for very long. I think the space is comparable to my old E Class (W212) but then I never tried the middle of the back seat in there either.

No 7 seat option on CLS SB, would be impossible space wise

Do MB still offer this as an option on E Class estates ?

Looks really good, if the facelift had been around in June when I bought my eclass estate I think I would have ordered one of these instead.
