Nearly bought a 170 on 2 occasions. Can't remember why it didn't go through the 1st time - it was at a used car lot & quite a tidy car.
The 2nd time it was a main dealer who described it as prefect on the phone. Traveled about 100 miles to buy the car only to find rusty wheel arches & tyres close to legal limit.
Dealer agreed to replace the tyres but not to deal with the rust as they claimed to have buyers lined up if we didn't want it. We walked away.
