They said eta was 5 days for the Mrs car

Wasn't a factory order I'm afraid.

Dealer had a list of cars already built and got mine 11 days after signing the paperwork

We'll I've had my car for 5 days now, and I must say that I'm loving it!

Drives really well, goes like stink (for a 2L diesel) and is very pleasing on the eye lol

Had a text from my dealer today to say that the Mrs car is being delivered tomorrow and will be ready for collection, so that's where we'll be off to after work

As soon as I get some time off work, I'll get some pics of the two together.

That's just the garden wall dear boy!

She wouldn't even drive it out of the showroom! I had to drive it home and to her sisters, then home again!

Finally managed to get her to drive it over the park to take the pics she loves it

Haha! My daughter was with us so we got her a cap (which she hasn't taken off her head since!)

Then the Mrs picked a couple of key rings at £35/£40 a pop!! Haha

Really chuffed for you all Dave. Apart from the delay for Mrs Daves car you seem really happy with everything. Makes a change from some of the horror stories we're all used to reading.

The problem is that most people only use forums when they have a problem to share.

I see them as a bit of an extended community where you can chat with like minded people about common interests

Luckily my experience with this particular salesman has has been really good, but we've all got horror stories if we choose to share them. The first salesman I spoke to at the dealership was an absolute @*#%! Suffice to say, I didn't buy a car from him lol
