I don't think it's the best to be honest.

The Mrs has the standard system with comand online in her A Class and that sounds better than my upgraded system imho

I also believe that my W204 with comand online sounded better too.

Not sure what this Burmester is supposed to do, but the volume is fairly low compared to my W204 and there is a distinct lack of bass. With only three adjustments available too, high mids and low, I can't get it to sound how I like it.

I never found out what the max level was in my W204 as it was always loud enough for me before I noticed that it wasn't getting any louder. In the W205 I've tried to turn it up and found its at its limit and still didn't have much volume at all.

I can only assume that they put all their efforts into the surround experience, which is quite good if watching a DVD, but let's face it, I don't sit in the car to watch a film, I sit in front of my 55" Sony 4K TV in the comfort of my living room!
