Pick your Brain's EOBD/OBII!!!!

Guys, My E300td 1999 is it EOBD/OBII Compliant has it these plugs and if so where is the diagnostic plug!

Its in the fuse box or under a round plastic cover on the passengers side of the car just in front of the windscreen in the engine bay.

unlikely to be EOBD on that year... more like the 38 pin round connection by the fuse box...

I just bought a cheap 38 pin to 16 pin adaptor from e-bay for my car £10 i think
