I’ve been misunderstood plenty of times before by people that don’t share the same passion about cars and I feel like I can express myself here amongst other car enthusiasts but then I thought have I gone over the top with how all of this started?

Nowt wrong with being enthusiastic (OCD) about ya motor, I was wiping mine over yesterday afternoon, when someone passing said lovely motor, always looks clean.
I said wish I had a £1 for every time I'd wash/wiped me car, a neighbour shouted over, you'd be a Millionaire, made me laugh, probably true though.

One just pulled up outside my office a little earlier this morning it might even have been the same colour. I must admit they do have a presence.

My least favourite S-Class. I had the W126 560 SEL ( and i have had most of them ) and was waiting for the W140 to come out,when it did i disliked it so much i bought the E38 BMW 740iL

I used to get that a lot at the old place we lived before. Neighbours would always comment about how clean I’d keep my cars

Are you telling me there is another S class out there that is the same colour as mine?!

I thought mine was 1 of 1 in this colour combo
I saw one yesterday in silver when I was going to work and it had the AMG pack, it reminded me how good they look on the road. Pics don’t do them justice imo

I do like the w140 as well. It’s a cool car. I remember driving an S600 years ago. I was maybe maybe 19 - 20 years old and I was used to my 2.0l Vectra at the time. I put my foot down and this thing just took off! I was so impressed with it. Anything over 200bhp seemed very fast for me then

The front wheels looked a bit too far in. I ordered 12mm spacers for the fronts and fitted them today. It looks much better now.
I need to make some time now to paint the brakes.
There's still loads to do on both cars but it's so hard to find time to work on the cars
