I was shocked to see there was the usual M-B corrosion on one of the rear wheels!

Why?

I thought the blistered alloy and the rusty wheel arch was a Mercedes Patented design, so advanced it only appears outside a warranty period.

Not sure exactly which parts are, but if the aches are carbon on the DTM like many of the body panels then at least they can't go rusty!

This is special Mercedes carbon with a ferrous weave through it, its designed to go rusty in the presence of water air and salt but after the warranty is up...

Having spoken to Maff I know he has taken my comments as observations and opinion. There is no schadenfreude involved.

Just thought it was alittle harsh to see people pointing out minor defects on a car that is clearly very desirable.
