Pioneer DEX-P99RS

I'm considering fitting a Pioneer DEX-P99RS Component Reference Series
CD Tuner into my SLK32. It kinda ticks my boxes and handles just about every format you can think of, see the spec. (It also is understated which I quite like).

However the truth is in the listening, anyone got one or heard one yet.

I think its a pretty good system but for the price check out namakachi there a bit cheaper depending on what unit, the pioneer will have alot more features thou, i think car audio might have both units on display??? ask if u could here them back to back!

It is a great headunit but tbh is it worth it if the rest the of the system will be kept stock?

Its a good point you make, guess I have to look at the bigger picture.....
