Plagarism rules!

Given that the CLS SB news didn't break until 2010, I wonder who copied who exactly?

Surely the main issue is the name - "non-utilitarian" estates have been heading in that direction style-wise for a while. E.g. the Vauxhall Insignia 'Sports Tourer'

Mercedes copied the V60 Volvo. Its got the CLS SB vibe to it.

Handsome car. MB could learn more by aping volvos new found flair.

And their seats. Fantastically comfy. Actually had the city safe cut in the other day - was wondering if it worked - it does. Just wish fuel economy as more akin to German cars.

Can't comment on Volvo seats but Lexus seats are more comfy than MB seats. They also seem to have adjustable lumber support (kind of blow up thingy...) as standard. Very nice.

Look at this! How obviously a rip off!

Come on VW, invent something of your own!!

I think "depicted here in an exclusive computer-generated image" might mean "someone on Autocar has PhotoShopped it with bits from the CLS SB".
