Hello can anyone help me to find a reconditioned or second hand carburettor for a 1977 mercedes 250 auto saloon I live in France and am having no joy at all. there must be some solution to my problem she is called marilyn and she is part of our family. best Robert

WHAT TYPE OF ENGINE AND CARBURETTOR do you have?
ZENITH TWIN DOWNDRAFT CARBURETTOR 35/40 or 35/42 INAT?
OR LATER SOLEX 4A1 4BBL
Your best bet may be to replace the existing carburettor with the WEBER equivalent? I'm pretty sure there will be people offering rebuilt carbs but need to know the xact make and model of carb.
e.g. Make

Think the Weber carb you need will be a suitably jetted 38DGAS if you have the Solex 4A1 on the M123.921 engine WEBER Carburetors distributed by Redline : Mercedes Benz
