Please help!

I'm wandering what the name of the software is called for using on my laptop for diagnostics on my smart forfour.
have have an OBDII usb lead.

They use STAR for Smarts but with different software than for MB's. We have a Smart STAR and are only about an hour from Exeter and are Smart specialists.
