Due to the E class engine the car has to be turned over 5/6 times before it can start.

Right it turns out the head is from a E Class and the bottom of the Engine is the S Class.
Can any shed any light on this as to if its a good or a bad fit for the Car?

So long as half the head bolts are from the S Class you should be ok.
