Hi,

I have the following message in my MercedesMe - 'please pair your vehicle so you can purchase digital extras'
My vehicle is already connected to MercedesMe and it updates with mileage / fuel / status details.
If I look at the navigation package to purchase it I get the above message?
Any ideas how to get this sorted?

Is it asking you to pair up with your phone ?

I'd personally just use Google maps , it's free and updated constantly.

Then I'm guessing it's not set up with me properly. I've just tried mine and I get no such message. Screenshot_20240812-222412.png

Is it just paired up with your phone for calls/music, or is it also paired up with the Mercedes me app on your phone?

Yikes £12.50 a month, prices have gone up extortionately, they probably have to recoup the customers/money lost due to 3G closure.

I've always found the mb routes to be utter dire , Google maps all the way for me. Why pay mb for something that's free and better .

There's an argument for the better integration of the OE satnav, including having the navigation instructions displayed on the instrument cluster (and on the HUD, if the car has it).

Overall, I still prefer using Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, but I can also see the attraction of using the OE satnav.

It is paired with my phone for calls/music but also in Mercedes me app as I can see if car is locked, trip date, tyre pressure etc so I assume yes to both your questions...
