I know this goes against the grain...but I was majorly impressed with the Stealers at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. I even wrote to them to let them know.
I took my car back with many faults (headrest motor, heated seats, radio, cd, navigation, and linguatronic all playing up)
They couldn't do the work themselves but arranged for another garage to come and get it, then deliver it back the next day work completed, all covered under warranty - no quibble, not even a bat of an eyelid. It seems even faster now
Excellent service (plus free coffee and a very attractive sales lady sorted me out
). It works, because whilsts sitting in the showroom a nice CLS55 caught my eye.
