Question, I have a 2013 e class. I use an app on my iPhone called Plex to play music, movies etc. I am trying to find a way to use the Plex app with the cars audio. It doesn’t work at all with Bluetooth but if I use the cable and media interface , I can play music through the cars speakers, but I cannot control it, move through tracks etc and the Comand screen doesn’t display any details. Has anyone used Plex and got it working and how is it done?

I won’t go far as saying I don’t think it is possible but I’d be very surprised if it would do what you want.

Do you have a Spotify account?

Works perfectly on my W212 E63, including moving to next / previous track, other than the odd Bluetooth dropout.
