E320CE x 2, CLK230, E320CDI est, and looking for a late W107 SL 500
Dear All
I have a 1995 320CE and the wheels polished rather than the standard alloy. The lacquer is coming away in places can anyone recommend someone who can refurbish them for me?

Thanks

The w124 alloys are normally diamond cut rather than polished, so do a search for that as there are loads of companies offering this service now. You'll probably want a company close to you to avoid shipping two ways and buying a reaplcement set to use in the interim.

If you have them diamond cut make sure to use a good sealant and clean them regularly to prevent a reoccurence.

Post your location and I'm sure someone will have a recommendation.

Make of this what you will. LINK.

Rimfurbish (The refurbishing arm of Rimstock who make alloy wheels for Lotus and Aston Martin to name but a few ) are a huge outfit that produce brilliant results.
I was 100% happy with my experience with them but a few members have experienced delays in getting their wheels back on time. This may, or may not, have improved recently.

There is no doubting the high standards of their workmanship, though. It is fantastic! :thumb:
