In answer to your question the answer is no. Your best bet is one of the programmable ECU kits like Megasquirt. If you check out Charles Morgan's W114 restoration thread on this forum you will see even then its not simple. Absolute Power is not the problem its part throttle driveability that needs extensive setting up/mapping by trial and error rolling road/ road test etc. Mercedes W114 250 Coupe - help!
Thanks for the information

C200 (W202) ECU problems, Ignition Coils test, Guide and help
the Mercedes EPC lists 0185454432 as a legitimate replacement part for 0185454332 so you should be fine- it may look slightly different some have adjustment plugs for altering ignition timing for different markets for poor quality fuel some don't. If they both do make sure the replacement PMS plug is set in the same position as the old PMS plug -the plugs are just a set of different resistors to alter the ignition advance curve depending on how they are plugged in.
WARNING
PMS units can fail on their own but often they are a result of ignition low voltage wiring or HT coil insulation breakdown/shorts---- if this is the case then replacing the PMS unit may effect a repair in the short term but it will fail again if the original cause of failure is not addressed! Did the car go through a period where it misfired before PMS failure?
