Hi guys,
I was driving my W203 and the wife was following me behind in the W209 Cabriolet and noticed that whilst I was driving that the W203 off side rear wheel appeared to be "bowed" as it was turning as she described it.
The tyre was replaced in March 2009 by a Mercedes Dealership and to my knowledge the alloy wheel has not had any knocks what so ever and is in immaculate condition.
Assuming that the alloy wheel is not buckled then what in your opinion could be casuing the wheel to appear as if it is buckled or bowed when it is rotating as the car is being driven?
I know that if the wheel was buckled/bowed then I would easily be able to identify this from when then wheel is being balanced on the hi tech machine by the fitter.
Amy suggestuions guys?
