Possible issue?

I just cleaned my car with a jet wash. Whilst hoovering the inside, I noticed there was a bit of wet just around the accelerator peddle. The carpet was soaking. Is this a problem now, or is it possibly gonna be a problem. He car is booked in for a service, so I'll mention it to them. But should I be worried?

Best if you close the windows when you jet wash,I suspect the drains for the wind screen are blocked they are nightmare on my S320 stupid rubber/plastic which soon get stuffed with leaves and dirt a poggle out should clear it .

I did spray the grill that runs along the top of the bonnet, so maybe that is part of the issue. Thought it might clear out some of the ****.
