Possible New Wheels W204 C63 2013

Hi All
Has anyone got experience or advice on these wheels
Looking at these however quoted offset on rears is only 46 compared to OEM 54. Fronts quote same offset. However car is running with 10mm spacers all round. Plus what size tyres can I get away with. Will 245 front and 265 rear fit.

The 19" c63 oem amg alloys look far better.
