Posting WMV's And Utube Clips Etc.

I need advice on how to post WMV's and u-tube video please.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I just tried with a clip I put on you tube, the url is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqVrLz7_tj0 but using the you tube button I just added the bit after the= sign in red between these [ YOUTUBE]HERE[/YOUTUBE]
If you put the whole url it will not work.
I don't know about WMV's though, sorry
