A huge thank you to Jack for sorting my CLK 430 out today.

As a recent convert to MB I was pretty apprehensive when my car suddenly developed a hesitation on acceleration, and the Check Engine light appeared. After a brief discussion with Jack the car was booked in with him within 48hrs of the fault appearing.

I took it in today and, after a quick diagnostic check and road run, a faulty air mass sensor was diagnosed. The part was delivered whilst I waited, and Jack kindly spoke to my warranty company, so the repair was duly paid for by them.

I am delighted to have discovered PCS and now know who will be looking after my car. The reports on here were a great help in deciding who I could trust to take my car to, so thank you to anyone who has recommended PCS.

Best wishes

RA

PS - With the sensor changed I have a new car!

Another satisfied customer here.

Collected my S600L this morning after having work done by PCS. Brilliant service, excellent price and Olly and Jack are great blokes to have a chat with. Well worth the drive down from North London.

Another thumbs up for the guys at PCS from me.

Our SLK had a few bits that needed doing and the guys were polite and helpful on both visits. Plus I managed to get the A/C recharged for £40 whilst I was waiting.

Tip-Top! :bannana:

was yours the purple ish clk outside?

Afraid not Ca-UK. Ours was the silver SLK 320.

Still, there was some nice gear there whilst I was waiting. That alone makes it worth the visit! :D

Not again. PCS are in Horndean, near Portsmouth - not very near Preston.

And we are all grateful for feedback on any garage (the first few times anyway).
