Prestige Car Services-Thanks Olly

Tea!! You got tea!!!

I did too when I was there last week :D

Great chatting to Olly while he did a great job fitting the Bilstein B12 kit to my W203. It's totally transformed the car, thanks for recommending the kit & thanks for fitting it!

I too went to see Olly this morning for a B service, ATF change, and a good winter check.

Very happy indeed he is very patient as he had to put up with me asking him what he was doing at each step of the way!

I too made the tea, but a small price to pay for knowing that your car is being looked after properly.

Olly, I will see you soon with the new beast.

Thanks for an informative and enjoyable morning.

Olly - I must give you a call about rear subframe bushes....

I have been meaning to post for a while but haven't got around to it. I just wanted to give Olly a huge thanks for taking time on quite a few occasions to give me advice and help at times when i haven't been able to pop down to see him.

Recently had a few problems with atf leaking, which has been all fixed up now for a few weeks and is as should be. Due to extent of the leak I was unable to drive down to Olly's but he advised me on a number of times and told me what to look for over the phone if I got stuck. I eventually figured out what the problem was but am never the less very grateful to know someone like Olly who is generous with his time and knowledge.

Oh and I have to mention DM also who helped me and gave some guidance along the way and still does. Is there anything that DM doesn't know everything about!!

Thanks again Olly and DM. Will pop down soon for a good chat Olly when i get some time and dont worry i dont mind making the coffees! :D

Yes i must agree, whilst i was away my daughter's partner gave Olly a ring about his ailing Smart Car, Turbo problems i think and more and Olly took the time and gave him advice and help (Get rid of it was one bit of advice i think  ) One of the good Guys.

Again, another thumbs up for Olly at PCS. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the car, wait for me to arrive at the station, but he did it in a firendly and open manner rarely seen these days.

I would recomend PCS every time.

Cheers Ian

I meant Olly is always happy to help people out! I rang him yesterday when working on Wobbly's ML.

Thanks guys.

It is great to get feedback from customers/friends on the work that I do. I am sure people don't realise how stressful and busy PCS can become. These comments make it all worth it.

I can't quite believe that I have been open for almost two years now. Time flies.

I have made myself some promises this year. The first one is to have some more time off and to stop working 7day weeks that transform me into a tired wreck. And the second is to leave work at a reasonable time. Getting home at 9pm+ every day is no fun at all.

Thanks all again and just remember if anyone needs advice I am always at the end of the phone. (except sundays!!!!)

Even so :)

Yep , he's a top bloke.

The other day after i put my new battery on , i had BAS and ASR warnings come up and wouldn't clear. :(

Quick call , some secret knowledge , and all is well again ! :bannana: I have no doubt a stealer would have wanted to bill me to reset them.

Good work fella !
