Getting my C63 secondry cats and a remap done next week, recommendations for anything else that wont throw codes?

You won't go wrong with either choice.
MSL does have a dyno so you can see the increase. Not sure about Prestige?

Is a Weistec s/c conversion too much?


Not much more apart from cats, x pipe, and map nless yo go down the kleemann headers and weistec route which is OTT unless you have money to burn.

Clean air filters, decent fuel, check rear tyre pressures, normal fluid level checks. You've got the rest covered. Enjoy.....

As long you don't remove the resonator box it won't drone , my car was mega loud but you could cruise at 100mph without a problem.

I've got primaries and secondary's removed. Loud when you want it to be but not to bad.

Secondaries had already gone when I bought it.

I went CAT-free. It feels a bit like your car is going commando!

Only downsides are you do need to find a friendly MOT garage to do the MOT and the car is a bit whiffy (like cars before CATs were fitted) plus with a remap - it runs a bit richer.

Neither bothered me most of the time but occasionally the smell was a bit annoying.

I found with a decent IC pump, the smell was much improved actually.

I knew I was going to move it on pretty much from a year ago so I didn't bother fitting racing CATs but I would do that if I had my time over.

My e55k has the secondaries deleted, It has a X-pipe, then 2x Powerflow rear box's.

Sounds Epic but a little over powering at 50mph, At any other speed its fine sounds like Nascar on boost lol

I've deleted my resonators but I'm thinking of getting headers, just don't want it to be too overpowering!
