Prices for MAFs (Air Mass Sensor)

Need one for my aging 96P E230 estate.

Lots of very cheap copies on eBay (i.e. not made by Bosch).

Prices (all excluding VAT and delivery) for Bosch item I ended up with after some calls and surfing:

MB (10% discount): £198
GSF: £180
Eurocarparts: £165
www.boschparts.co.uk: £146
E1 Motor Factors: £107

Demonstrates that it pays to go local (about 3 miles from my flat), and to avoid the 'big names'.

Quite pleased really.

picked up the original Bosch MAF this morning .. £126 incl VAT (trade price!)

Fitted it .. and uneven/rough cold start idling gone. Car feels slightly more sprightly too.

Result.

got another original Bosch MAF from E1 Motor Factors for my mate's 210 E240 (V6) Estate ..

even cheaper at £115 including VAT!

Personally I would be wary of any site that doesn't have any postal address and no published background. I am guessing it has no affiliation to the official Bosch organisation?

Looks as if it might be kosher then. However their website lists a different Email address [email protected] which seems strange?

I only ask because my MAF seems as if its gone, and i need a replacement.

I have some Pierburg sensors in stock, yes genuine pierburg, brand new. Cheaper than anyone else too if anyone needs any.

I only ask because my MAF seems as if its gone, and i need a replacement.

I got an original Bosch MAF from Euro Car Parts for my 320 CLK.
Asked for the best price and it came back at £82.99 plus VAT.
The list price is £242.25 plus VAT, so I got down there quickly.
The same MAF on ebay from germany is £184.90 Plus P+P.
