Problem with radio sound

I have w211 2009
I have problem with radio sound ..
There is no sound from speakers
Fuse is okay
And reset the command but there is no sound
Please help

2009 is changeover year. Does it have COMAND with an SD-Card slot in the front, or is the older one with the DVD drive in the boot. Or is it the basic Audio-20 system ? If you post a VIN I can work it out.
I hope things are safe there in Iraq.
