Problem with steering column switch

Can anyone help I have 2005 Mercedes 220 sports edition and wipers do not work only if headlights on full beam something to do with switch on steering column help

Having a job to find one as casing is all in one piece and can only come off by removing steering wheel

So...you have a 220? Is there an E or C or an A perhaps also on the bootlid?

Yup, that's how they come off, remove the steering wheel.
Stalks aren't expensive from the dealership
