Problems with my W202 C Class..

Hi people, im new to the forum.. I was just after some advice really...I have a C 180, W202. Over the last couple of months, iv found my car starting to become a pain to drive... In the morning, it will need a at LEAST 5 mins to warm up with out fail, and while this happens a loud kind of banging noise will come from the engine, it will eventually stop however. The main problem is pick up, its just wont move!! I have to wait ages when turning at a junction, because i know my car wont move quick enough.. Do you guys have any ideas about what the problem could be...?

Hi there aero, I think this may have to be in the mechanical section; however Im sure you will get a lot of wise words from experienced people on this one, but in the meantime, have you had the fault codes read?

problem with ur c class

i have c180 also. the problem could be the air mass sensor. i had problem as the car would seem to judder and have no pick or i would have no control on how to rev it or keep it at a constant speed. air mass sensor i bought a cheap one for £120 but i would recommend a mercedes one for £300 it is better
