Cat D, 5Ltr (non AMG), via early model, most panels damaged, SRS error, not worth more than £800 IMO.

That said, I could get that looking nice + facelift the dashboard.

"THE GENUINE AMG MONOBLOCS ARE WORTH MOST OF THE MONEY ALREADY". At £800, maybe; not at £1500. Money pit, I'd say; most old Mercedes are at that sort of mileage, unless there's a sheaf of receipts to show that the un-obvious hidden faults they develop - not exactly routine maintenance, but they need sorting eventually - have been attended to. Don't ask me how I know...
