Its this one on the photo in atachment, and yes the car is mapped last last year March '20, so was driving it for over a year than this happened. Car with 27k miles.
MB did not check/question/know mapping ECU, probably they did not check this...
Just told me this was caused by external factors.

This are the articles I have found:

Hi,
Got a similar think happened to my S63 AMG 2019, but the left rear axle shaft while slowly moving out of parking in Glasgow last month (November '21)
Guys at Giffnock Mercedes quickly diagnosed the problem, as I thought it was the gearbox fault.
Total costs of £1880.00 not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Car fixed in one day.
Aparently this is a common thing with cars having over 700Nm in wet climate. There is an article in Australia, about recalling C63S as they had issues with snapping shafts in 2018-2019.
Have the broken shaft at home as a suvenire :)
I haven’t been on here for a long time, that’s why I’m replying late.
I made them pay for it after I called the mag team they said they will call me back but they never the dealership called and said they will cover all the cost, so I’m guessing they got a call from the mag team and told them fix it. I was never going to pay this amount knowing I did not do anything wrong. My car is not mapped or had any work done on it everything run from factory.
Since it’s been fixed had no issues.

good to hear they covered it, looks like a manufacturing fault, maybe faulty materials. definitely should be covered. glad its sorted for you.

MB UK better get a stock of these in as there will in doubt be more over the next few years!
