It does indeed sound like. I would probably think a lottery type thing but even though he says you can email him and find out, somehow I just don't want him to know my email.

The do say, if too good to be true.

what it will be is a link to a website the seller emails for the 99p - showing you how you can (allegedly) get one for 99p. You probably have to sign up to some sort of constant sales thing and get the psp to begin with but then have to do all sorts of hassle stuff to get it for 99p. Avoid at all costs - its a common thing on ebay, no idea if it works but i serious doubt it!
