I would like to publicise my long running dispute with Mercedes-Benz UK, do Members have any ideas or experience that would be of help to me?
I wonder how many customers have been "fobbed off" by dealer workshops or where a new part has been fitted where a repair kit would have done the job.
Years ago I was told that I needed a new air-con compressor, about £1,000 but, a mobile repair mechanic did the job using a 40p "O" ring!
