Pulse seats not working sl55

HI guys
Pulse function on both seats is not working on my sl55
When you press the button red lights iluminates but no difference

I took off the switch pack from seats & there seems to be what looks like a vac pipe disconnected on both seats see pic attached
Is this pipe supposed to be connect somewhere ?

Not vacuum but air. This is how the massage function works.

It may be worth looking for the other end of the connector which could hopefully be under the seat somewhere and just been disconnected accidentally.
