Not used any of their pads but I have seen some of the bearings they sell and the quality is shocking, which after reading Franey's post is only to be expected I guess

Im not sure about the above as QH are OEM for many many car companies.

Their HQ is 2 minutes from my house and the place is the size of heathrow.. well almost.

We use QH parts in cars (non mercedes) as they are supplied as the preffered brand by most of our suppliers.

Cant recall ever having a problem but we have never used them on Mercedes.. only on lesser brands of car.

I could be wrong on this, but I had an idea that the parts I bought from Vauxhall dealers, back in the 80's, came in QH boxes.

i must admit i also thought that QH had a good reputation, indeed were a "premium" factor part a few years ago
