Quad exhausts.. W202

Hey all

Apart from Barry Boys... has anyone got a quad exhaust AMG style on there W202? and pulled it off so it doesnt look completely out of place..

Any pictures?

I've seen a C43 with it... and it looks the mutts nuts... he even went through the trouble of using the original AMG tips for the c43 (the car sounded NICE).

Yes...somebody here has definitely done it.....he had it done at a company in Hayes Middlesex.......It did look good but its not quad all the way. It splits from the rear box.

I will try and find the thread.

Wouldnt you say the W202 a little too thin for quads?


Biggest problem will be the tow-eye which will get in the way.

The only one that looks vaguely OK is the silver one with quad C36 tailpipes ( square ) ...

The round and ovals just don't look right ...

I think it can look good if done well like on that photohopped C280. Me thinks it will go even better with a C43 AMG rear bumper.

Its the square AMG style I was interested in.. the silver one with the black boot looks just like the kind of thing I'm interested in..

I need a picture so I can show my exhaust place what I want doing, a picture really helps, I'll buy the tips myself.. I want them to build my system.

That really needs a skirt round the back so it wraps round the exhaust imho.

That boot lid looks really strange..

Its a US spec one, or for countries with smaller plates than the European ones.

Also, it differs from yours as its a facelift lid. It has a small lip under the plate and a small spoiler/lip at the top.
