quality Stereo upgrade to W203 Estate

I have just bought a C230 Estate (W203) which came with a Harmon Kardon 'upgrade' I am looking to upgrade this with a better quality amp, sub and speakers (but keep the head unit) Probably use something from the Genesis range.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the best installation would be, a recommendation of an Audio Installer who has experience of Merc's, any specific setup that has worked well in your car etc, any problems to watch out for..etc

Also, in the estate, the sub is built into a recess in the back. Does anyone know of a ready made sub box that will fit in there (once the HK kit is removed)?

If you've got the full Harman upgrade then it all depends on your budget! Interfacing with the amp is not going to be straightforward, you'll need to find a specialist close to where you live (RAM in Hull worked well for me). AFAIK All 203 head units have reasonably standard outputs so getting a separate amp and speakers shouldn't be major but figuring out the wiring might be....
