Well, the upgrade went ahead without a hitch. 
Now I just have to get used to everything being in a different place...
And I have had my horizons expanded in unexpected ways into the bargain.

Spoke too soon.
Ever since upgrading I have tried to get the phone to pair with the SAP puck in the car. It refuses point blank. The car can see the phone, but the phone can't see the car. It's infuriating. The phone still has 'MB TELEPHONE' in it's list of devices, but does not recognise it, and is not able to pair with it. Whenever I search for devices, only the UMI interface shows.
Looks like I made a mistake in upgrading after all.

Tip… in case you haven’t seen it yet.
Swipe your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom.
A Brown “curtin” will come down
You will see 4 buttons… Mobile data - Wi Fi - Bluetooth - Silent
Swipe your finger from the bottom to the top of the screen to close the “Curtin”
