questions re window tinting

hi

i'm considering some revamping of both W124 estates next year.

i've seen many estates (like ***'s new C Class for example) looking very nice in Silver with a suttle tint to the rear back and side windows.

My question is how good are tints in general (assuming you go to a good fitter).

when you lower the windows do you see the film edging etc - do they stop the film at the weather strip, or remove it etc.

i know many of my questions depend on the fitter but just wondered if anyone had an advice

All on the quality of the fitter... My guy removes all the door cars, window trims etc and goes edge to edge... there is no visible edge at all.
Sometimes totally removes the glass from the door..

Midland Tinting are a proper company, very good...

Window Tinting in Leicester - hinckley and covering the whole Midlands

Amir is an individual who is mobile... think he has a unit now.. done some good work for me too.

Midland Tinting are probably better overall.
