Hi Guys,
had a few questions about the above. Done a bit of reading on this by searching the forum so know that the Y-piece at TB end is a lot bigger than C32 one but not too clear about all the piping (from radiator to air-boxes to Y-Piece). Is the SL55 piping also larger in diameter? I read that the airboxes are larger, just not too sure the piping is or not.
So to clarify the SL55 intake is less restrictive because:
1. Y-piece is larger and rounder rather than the flat thin oem C32 one. Tick
2. Air filter boxes are bigger in size. Tick
3. ALL the pipework from behind front radiator scoop is larger diameter than OEM C32?? Not sure
Does anyone know the ID of the OEM pipework and SL55 pipework? Just interested in difference.
Lastly what is the ID of the ends of the SL55K Y-piece that the 2 intake pipes connect to?
