Quick question fog lights

How do I turn on the fog lights front and rear in a w204 c class?
The logical thing you would think they would be underneath the light switch

On my W203, you pull the light switch towards you (e.g. as if trying to remove the knob) - twice, once for the fronts and then for the rear. Not sure if it is the same on the W204....

You have to be in the headlight ON position and NOT the Auto (A) position for the switch to pull out. If that makes sense?

My W204 Facelift (MY 2013) does not have front fog lights.

And looking at other W204 Facelift on the road, I have yet to see one with front fog lights.

The manual says:

Does anyone know which model/trim level of C-Class W204 Facelift came with front fog lights? Or was it always an Option that one had to tick on a new car order?
