Standard pressure on the 500E with a fully loaded car running 225/55/16 all round, is 36 psi up front and 41 psi on the rear.

Now I'm not running factory size wheels and tyres, I'm running 255/40/17 on the rear and 225/45/17 on the fronts.

What tyre pressure should I be running with these tyres?

When I have run lower profile tyres I have usually either kept the same pressure or increased it by a couple of PSI only.

Stick to the standard pressures.

is your car really fully loaded? Ive always gone with 32 and 34 PSI.
