R107 Is there some trim missing by my handbrake?

No nothing missing, they all go there as the handbrake doesnt get adjusted properly, have it recovered in leather...

Well mine hardly works (Handbrake that is) I think it needs some attention and adjustment.

As for the leather idea... am liking that. Does that panel come off with relative ease?

I think just a screw at the back of it and maybe at the sides.... no longer available from MB unfortunately.

Good idea to re-trim in leather. Here's mine..

Well there is something missing.

Mine has a sort of skirt around the lever, as you see mine is split, it looks like on yours, its been cut away, probably be cause it has split too.
